Aurelian: Watch Shop Tycoon has no accounts, so there is no account to close. What there is, is a stream of anonymous gameplay events tied to a random player ID. This is how to have it erased.

Include your player ID if the game shows one in Settings. It is the only thing that reliably identifies your data, because we hold nothing else about you. If you cannot find it, tell us your device model and roughly when you installed the game, and we will do our best, though we may not be able to isolate your records without the ID.
What happens next
- We confirm we received your request.
- We remove the events tied to your player ID from our analytics warehouse.
- We tell you when it is done. Within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
We do not charge for this and we do not ask you to justify it.
What gets deleted
- Every gameplay event we hold against your player ID: sessions, progress, taps, what you crafted, what you spent in the game.
- The device and attribution records linked to that ID in our own systems.
What we cannot delete for you
- Data already aggregated. Counts and averages that no longer point at any individual player stay, because there is nothing left in them to identify you.
- Copies held by Google and AppsFlyer under their own retention rules. We pass your request on where they let us. You can also go to them directly, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings, under Privacy and then Ads, which cuts the link at the source.
- Anything the law makes us keep, such as records tied to fraud or to a tax obligation.
Your progress on the device
Uninstalling the game removes your player ID and your saved game from your phone. That is instant, it is entirely in your hands, and it is not reversible: there is no cloud save, so the game will not come back.
Deleting your data does not stop you playing. If you keep the game installed, it will simply start recording again under the same player ID, or a new one if you reinstalled. Say so in your email if you want us to keep an eye out and delete again.
