Terms of Service

The agreement between you and AceKross Studios when you play our games. Short, and written to be read.

1. Who you are agreeing with

These terms are between you and Bandor Management FZCO, trading as AceKross Studios, Premises No. 30875-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They cover Aurelian: Watch Shop Tycoon and any other game or service we publish that links to this page.

By installing or playing, you accept them. If you do not, do not play, and uninstall the game.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you control, for your own entertainment. That is all it is. You are not buying the game or any part of it.

3. What you may not do

• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law says you may despite this clause.
• Use bots, scripts, emulated input, memory editors or modified builds to play or to gain an advantage.
• Sell, rent, trade or transfer your progress, your player ID, or any in-game item.
• Interfere with our servers, or try to reach data that is not yours.
• Use our name, art, characters or brand as if they were yours.

4. Your progress and your player ID

There is no account. Your progress lives on your device and is tied to a random player ID the game makes on first launch. If you uninstall the game, clear its data, or change device, that progress is gone and we cannot restore it. Cloud save is not part of the current build.

5. Gold bars, coins and other virtual items

Gold bars, coins, watches, staff and everything else inside the game are part of the game, not property. They have no value outside it, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another player. We may change what they cost, what they do, and how they are earned, because balancing a game economy is part of running it.

The game does not take real money today. The shop exists but no purchase is charged. When paid purchases become available they will be sold and processed by Google Play, Google's payment terms will apply to the transaction, and refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase fails to deliver what it promised, write to us and we will sort it out.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase, that right stands regardless of anything in this section.

6. The game is in testing

Aurelian: Watch Shop Tycoon is being released in stages while we test it. Expect bugs, expect balance changes, and expect progress to be reset or wiped between builds during this period. We will say so in the release notes when it happens.

7. What belongs to us

The game, its code, art, characters, music, text and name belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. Every watch house, brand and character in the game is invented. Any resemblance to a real company or a real person is not intended and is not an endorsement.

If you post screenshots or videos of the game, that is welcome and you keep whatever rights you have in your own recording. We ask that you do not present it as an official communication from us.

8. Ending it

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms in a way that harms other players or us, and we can stop publishing a game entirely, in which case we will give notice on this site where we reasonably can.

9. What we do not promise

The game is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of faults, always available, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress, or lost virtual items, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local consumer law gives you, and these terms do not take them away.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may still bring a claim in the courts of your own country where your law gives you that right.

11. Changes

We will update these terms as the game changes. The version and date at the top always say which text is current. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.
